I haven't read either The Kite Runner or A Thousand Splendid Suns, and have no plans to read either of them. I know my mother loved them, my former boss loved them, everyone loves them. I just have no interest in either of them. Oh, well. I've always said, if you want literary, don't read my blog. In that vein, my favorite quote is, "Never apologize for your reading taste."
