8:01am – Third Hour Complete

This hour’s going better than the last. I’m sitting up on the couch, not lying down, and that’s helping.

What I ate: nothing, but I’m starting to crave more breakfast. I’m thinking about waffles. Yum. With butter and syrup. Mmmmmm.

What I read: 40 pages in Twilight. Better than last hour. And I’m totally digging the book. It’s not great, but it’s good.

What I did besides read: Petted and forced the dogs to do a little snuggling.

How Iā€™m feeling: I can’t believe it’s 8am already.

Twilight is a fun read…especially since the vampires aren’t scary.

And time really is flying by!

Sorry about that; I meant to say thanks for organizing all the readers into one place so we could see everyone who is participating!

Good luck with the read-a-thon! It sounds like so much fun. I hope I will be able to participate next time. I’ll be checking my reader often today to see how much everyone is reading.

You made me crave buttery, syrupy carblike discs! My husband agreed to make me pancakes for lunch, though, so thanks!

Mmmmmm waffles… I could handle waffles, with real maple syrup and lots of butter. Definitely time for a reading break now!

Thanks for being one of the co-hosts and organizers. We really appreciate all the hard work that went into getting this organized and running so smoothly.

    Mmmmm… waffles….

I, too feel the need for some breakfast. Those two fig newtons really weren’t enough.

Thanks for helping with the organizing!
