I Have a Big Head
When Dave and I were in Las Vegas for part of our honeymoon, we strolled by a hat store. I’ve tried on hats here and there, but I want to wear more hats to protect my porcelain skin from the sun. I tried on a hat, and it was really tight on my head. Odd, I thought. I have a coupla hats…I know I can find one that fits!
Not a single woman’s hat in the store fit my large head.
But my head doesn’t look larger than normal!! I swear!
The only hats that fit me were cowboy hats. Guess I’ll have to either get melanoma or change my image.

Hi! I have a big head too… hats have always been problematic.
I guess we big-headed freaks can just fashion kerchiefs out of table cloths. sigh.

Is it possible that excessive reading makes our heads grow?

I have always been a excessive reader. Maybe that’s why I can never find a hat that fits.

My kids are both macrocephalic and while it makes me laugh, I fear they will NEVER be able to find properly fitting hats.

Hey! A big head = a big brain
I have also been told that I have a big head ~ by my husband! I don’t think it’s such a bad thing!

I have a big Oprah head as well. My daughter does too. I remember when she was a toddler, the pediatrician would always measure her head 2 or 3 times just to be sure. Her head circumference was in the 90th percentile! Probably still is, but at age 10 they don’t measure it anymore.
I always tell her: Big head, Big brain.
